Burke's Construction recently repaired problems in our crawl space which consisted of broken beams and a damaged main beam.  The job became a nightmare once they opened up the front of the house and discovered that our foundation was actually collapsing and the wood crumbling.  The work force quickly assessed our problem called Jeremy Burke out to our home where he quickly estimated the additional cost for this unexpected but necessary work which was not only reasonable but done in a timely fashion.  The workmen in our home were professional and caring as were the entire Burke's staff we dealt with from our sales person to the site supervisor. The work your team did to dry fit my crawl space is just short of amazing. I wanted to let you know that I was originally pleased with the Clean Space system that your company installed. However after needing to get services from 2 different companies (plumbing and professional clean-up) when I experienced flooding from what I understand was caused by problems with my sub then well pumps. One thing I did notice as they inspected the crawl space was how the other tradesmen praises and spoke so impressively about the Clean Space system. Some asked me about it and others reassured me that it really did it's job. Needless to say, as the homeowner I was heartbroken to see the damage the water caused. As those tradesmen did their work, they made suggestions that didn't sit well with me so I knew that I needed to call your crew back in to handle the problem. Jeremy, you came, saw and promised, and you were right. Your men came in treated me and my home with respect and courtesy. I am so full of gratitude for the consistent professionalism and excellent work from your company. I'm looking forward to our next job together.

We had a water problem; Burke Construction offered a solution; and so far, it's worked very well. Burke gave us a time frame for completion and stuck to it -- no delays, no excuses. (This is not what normally seems to happen with other companies I've used in the past.) After the job was completed, they cleaned up the site after themselves. Everyone I dealt with at Burke was truly professional. A very good experience! I would definitely use them again if I required their expertise.
